The FIR Beacon Award is bestowed upon an individual who has served as an outstanding source of enlightened guidance to the national reproductive science community's "Frontiers In Reproduction program" in it's efforts to advance promising young scholar's research careers in the field of reproductive sciences research. The award acknowledges that the awardees service has established them as a nationally valued source of illumination and guidance--a Beacon--in the development of careers in reproductive sciences research.
