Abstract Requirements:
To be considered as a symposium speaker, please submit a one-page word or text file (not PDF) that includes your name and FIR class year along with the estimated amount of your travel expenses, the title of your talk, and an abstract of your presentation. Please use one-inch margins on the entire document. Send your abstract as an e-mail attachment to Symposium Coordinator, Dori Mebane.
Topics relevant to reproductive science, and reflecting current research are relevant and encouraged.. Preference will also be given to those presenting outstanding science; new research topics; first-time presenters; and/or those who have not presented at a recent symposium. Travel funding priority goes to those making presentations, but please know that everyone is welcome to attend the symposium even if we are unable to include your talk on the program.
+ If you would like to attend the symposium, but are not currently active in research, or otherwise prefer to not make a presentation, please email a brief message to Dori Mebane. stating your interest. We will let you know by May 3 what accommodations may be available for you.
Alumni and TA Presentation Information:
Ten minutes is allotted for each alumni & TA presentation (PowerPoint format is recommended), this is followed by a 5-minute question and answer session. Moderators will observe and enforce time limits for each speaker.
Please bring your PowerPoint file if you are selected to make a presentation. Bring it to the symposium on a CD or USB Flash Drive. To facilitate transitions between speakers, we will load these on to our computer-projector in advance of each session.
We will provide:

• Windows and Mac computers
• Projector remote control
• Laser pointer
• Microphone
• Technical assistance
